CIR:CLE - The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research: Community Learning & Engagement The goal of the CIR:CLE is to create productive interdisciplinary partnerships between Kwantlen faculty, students, staff and members of local organizations and other community groups. We are focused on community development as a research process in the context of needs assessments, program development and agency program evaluations.
